p777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to p777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player ("you", "your"), and p777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). • Account credentials must not be transferred or sold to another person under any circumstances.

p777 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

p777 processes all player deposits and account balances exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place, and no conversion fees are charged by p777 on any deposit transaction. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet transfers
• JazzCash mobile wallet transfers
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank-to-bank transfers
• Visa debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
• Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Funds deposited to your p777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. p777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a payment is identified as originating from a source not belonging to the registered account holder, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your p777 balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. p777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

p777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is applied consistently across all player accounts.

Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees without currency conversion or fees charged by p777. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Abusing bonus structures through systematic low-risk staking, matched betting, or other techniques designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the p777 platform's software, source code, or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p777 staff or other players through any communication channel

p777 monitors all account activity continuously. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts restricted during investigation without prior notice. Findings of prohibited conduct are final and may result in permanent account closure without return of balances.

p777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, p777 is entitled to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p777 is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
